DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Product is defective. Broke after 2nd use, within trial period and they refused to take it back. Sent broken replacement. Five nighmarish months later, hundreds of $$$ and time with “customer service” wasted. I hope a class action lawsuit is filed against them.

I love my Luminess air! I use to wear expensive liquid foundation and a dual finish powder, it did feel heavy and cakey but I thought that it was a better alternative then people staring at my acne. one day i was walking around the mall and saw a makeup artist using it on a girl that had similar skin to mine. Skeptical that something so airy could cover up any acne, I waited to get a chance my self. As i sat in the chair and felt the cool air hit my skin (wow what a nice feeling for irritated skin) a few minutes later she said that she was done, Done? I looked in the mirror and I couldn’t believe that it covered my acne better then my thick and cakey foundation. I believe that has been the best purchase that I have ever made! I highly recommend this to anyone that issues or is just plain sick of heavy coverage..

I have the Luminessair sustem and it works great. I do get good coverage and the machine works as expected. I’ve had it a couple of months now using it on almost a daily basis and have NO complaints. Its a great system!

I got my system a few weeks ago and I haven’t had any problems with mine. I called the number on the infomercial and ordered it through customer service. They were really helpful and gave me lots of tips. I read all these reviews about how awful this company is and I have yet to experience it. I wish that more of the positive reviews were posted. It seems that most of the reviews are from 2 years ago!

I have the Luminess Air Pro System..At first I thought this was the best thing since sliced bread, but their shades of foundation didn’t quiet match my tone no matter how I mixed them..So, I bought water based foundations from both Kett and Dinair, my $300 3 speed pro pump is to weak to blow either of them through the gun properly if I water them down they blow through just fine, but the coverage is then altered..I called Luminess and the tech told me my machine was wore out..I told her I had only had it 5 months..She then told me that was my problem not theirs and continued to smart off and be nasty..I told her this is the reason the web is giving luminess such a bad rap, she then said they don’t care what the customers say on the web as long as they pay for the products..I was just floored by her nerve to speak that way!!! I love airbrush makeup and will not use traditional makeup ever again, but I will not use and do not recommend Luminess Air Cosmetics to anyone!!!!! Try Kett, their foundation is awesome!!

I was very satisfied with Luminess. I’ve used it now for several months. I watched the dvds and followed the instructions. I really like it. I have no complaints. Great system!!!

I returned my Luminess Air system. And it did take forever to get an RA number. I didn’t like the customer service. 2 things I didn’t like about system…they need to add a stop button on stylus for the foundation so we are on the right spray level. And the makeup kept spilling out of cup while trying to spray. And I can’t see while applying this! I wear glasses, so I can’t see in the mirror or wear glasses while applying. Just not for me! Will try again down the road maybe.

DON’T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!! THE ITEM THEY SENT ME BROKE AFTER THE 1ST USE AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK. THEY FINALLY TOOK THE STYLUS BACK AND THE COST OF SENDING IT BACK WAS OVER $11. I STOPPED PAYMENT FROM MY BANK AND I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET BACK 2/3 OF MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY INSISTED I PAY FOR SHIPPING AND THE TRIAL PERIOD. THEY ARE THIEVES AND THE PRODUCT DOESN’T WORK. AFTER LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THE PRODUCT, THE TEXAS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HAS 217 COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM.
